I thank you

If my books had been any worse, I should not have been invited to Hollywood, and if they had been any better, I should not have come.

—-Raymond Chandler

Never get out of bed before noon.
—-Charles Bukowski

Bukowski was a poet. No one knows what poetry is here in Hollywood because it isn’t printed on money.
—-Greg Proops

Greg Proops takes you to a time when people drank gin for lunch and Robert Mitchum’s house was the medical marijuana dispensary. Live at Musso and Frank is the first ever comedy special recorded at Hollywood’s most historic and legendary bar and grill. Wiiliam Faulkner made mint juleps behind the bar, Raymond Chandler wrote The Big Sleep in one of the booths, Chaplin argued his lunch bill with Musso. Now the band strikes up some cool jazz, the veteran staff serve some ice-cold martinis and Greg takes on Show Biz, LA manners and Moby Dick. An hour of smart, snarky stand up powered by strong drink. Recorded in the place where organized crime used to have its prom.
